Inauguration of the Environment Club

It was a touching moment for us all, students and staff alike, as we watched our CEO Mr. Val Ortega plant a tree sapling within our school compound, in commemoration of the inauguration of Informatics’ first Environment Club.

Led by the Informatics Student Council (ISC) member, Jean Christophe Li, a Mauritian, the Environment Club has already begun efforts to prohibit smoking around the campus.

Next up, the club will be responsible for preparing for several ‘Save the Earth’ campaigns to educate the use of bags over plastic bags, recycling as well as improved ways of living to better preserve Mother Earth.
