Informatics has successfully renewed its SQC-PEO status
once again!
The Singapore Quality Class (SQC) for private education Organisations, SQC-PEO is a scheme to recognise PEO that have attained a firm foundation and commendable level of performance in their journey to academic and business excellence and to assist them to reach world-class standards of business excellence.
It is based on the Singapore Quality Award Business Excellence Framework and requirements in the private education sector.
Administered by SPRING Singapore, the SQC-PEO scheme serves as the industry standard for organisation excellence in the private education sector.
Its stringent auditing and selection process overlooks all aspects of the institution’s operations and academic quality including student satisfaction. The assessment and approval process which lasted months, were measured against high levels in the areas of:
- Student Recruitment
- Learning Resources Infrastructure
- Educational Programmes
- Staffing
- Student Support
- Grievance Procedures
- Transfer and Fee Policies
- Student Evaluation
