Informatics celebrates the Mid-Autumn’s festival with the international Chinese student community in Singapore

21 September 2007 – For the second year running, Informatics plays host and celebrates the Mid-Autumn’s festival with the international Chinese student community in Singapore.

Esteemed guests from the China Embassy, the Singapore Chinese Student Union and Chinese students from other institutions and Informatics’ staff and students were treated to a mini concert of Chinese songs and folk dances while they tucked into a spread of mooncakes and drinks!

Everyone also partook in the lucky draw and winners walked away with exciting prizes, sponsored by Informatics Education.

Informatics strives to strengthen the international Chinese student community in Singapore and provide them with the familiarity of home while physically being far away from their families and friends.
