This course intends to teach students the basics of animation using Autodesk® Maya® software. Students will be able to work with Maya interface and tools, start Maya tool and basic scenes, and work with grids & snapping. They will also get to understand view ports and navigation, work with textures, create characters, as well as simple animations and images.

You will be able to:
• Indoctrinate and familiarise youself with the Maya interface for viewing,
displaying, tranforming and selection of objects and their components in
3D space and architecture
• Master the skills of using Maya tools and techniques
• Learn the underlying concepts of character design and textures
• Understand the basic creation of graphics and render layers
• Create and edit human forms and mirroring
• Understand the concept of lighting application |

Anyone interested in 3D Animation who has met pre-requisites. |

Knowledge of basic components of PC
Comfortable with using a Windows operating system |

Certificate of Attendance will be awarded upon completion of course. |
