This course intends to teach students 3D graphics and animation using Autodesk® Maya® software. Students will be able to work with Maya interface and tools, start Maya projects and basic scene, and work with grids and snapping. They will also get to understand view ports and navigation, as well as work with textures, character design and rendering layers. At the end of the course, students will have an opportunity to do animations, paint effects and graphics, and execute projects with the Maya software.

• Formulate the animation process using Maya technology with 3D space
and architecture
• Build projects using Maya 3D animation techniques |

Knowledge of basic components of PC
Comfortable with using a Windows operating system |

Certificate of Attendance will be awarded upon completion of course. |

• Introduction to Maya interface and architecture
• Work with Maya tools and menus

• Create human forms and mirroring
• Lighting application
• Create an animation
